Golden Chia Pudding is the perfect way to start the day: Chia is naturally high in essential fatty acids, protein and fibre so it will keep you satiated longer than a traditional cereal. The addition of turmeric is truly adding a food as medicine element with it’s high anti-inflammatory action whilst cinnamon will help to control your blood sugar levels.

Golden Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
4 cups milk of choice, or try our tip below
1 cup chia seeds
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon himalayan pink sea salt
Method:
- In a large bowl whisk together all ingredients until well combined.
- Cover and place in the fridge for 30minutes, whisking every 10 minutes to prevent lumps forming.
- Leave overnight in the fridge.
- Serve with yogurt and fruit of choice and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.
Store in fridge
