Anti Inflammatory Power Tonic
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon ground dried turmeric
3 tablespoons of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons of local organic raw honey
juice and zest of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients until smooth.
Enjoy as warm tonic, by mixing 1 tablespoons of Anti-inflammatory Bomb with a large cup of warm-hot water.
Spread on toast, mix into chia pudding, add 1-2 tablespoons to fresh juices or blend with your favourite smoothie.
Will keep in the fridge for up to a week in a sealed jar.
