Dates are natures power house when it comes to naturally occurring sugars. Also high in fibre and rich in vitamins and minerals, they are sure to impress. While high in naturally occurring sugars, these bliss balls are balanced with good levels of protein and good fats from the cashews (or nut of choice).

Raspberry Bliss Balls
Ingredients:
I cup frozen raspberries
10 medjool dates, seeds removed
1 cup raw cashews
2 cups desicated coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt
Method:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse on high speed until well combined and sticking together.
2.Using your hands shape mixture into bite size balls.
3. Either leave as is, roll in extra coconut or cover with dark chocolate
