A floral blend of naturopathic herbs combined to create a sense of inner balance within.  Traditionally used to calm nervous tension, reduce sugar cravings and promote rest. We invite you to find your flow and peace with every cup.

Organic Ingredients:
Calendula
Lavender
Rose petals
Corn Flower
Bilberry

Enjoy 1-3 cups per day 

Brew:

Add 1 heaped Tsp of tea to 250ml of 80C water. Infuse for 3-5mins. Strain tea. Serve & enjoy!
