Lemon, Ginger and Green Tea Immune Gummies.
Boost your immunity and support your gut health with a daily gummy bite, the whole family will enjoy. They pack some zing and have great little kick on the flavour pallet, they are sure to make you feel like your are doing some good for your insides.

1/2 cup strongly brewed green tea (or 4tsp of Digestion tea)
5 tbsp grass fed gelatin powder
3/4 cup cold water
6 Tbsp ginger juice *
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp Manuka or Raw honey (optional)
- Add water to a small saucepan and sprinkle gelatine powder over the surface of the water and allow to dissolve. Set aside to bloom.
- Make herbal tea according to steeping instructions (I use 4 green tea bags or 4 tsp of digestion tea to 3/4 cup boiling water and let steep for at least 3-5 minutes). Remove tea leaves or teabags and ensure you have 1/2 cup of brewed tea.
- Add brewed tea, lemon juice, ginger juice and honey (optional) to the bloomed gelatine. On a low heat, gently warm the saucepan and stir until all the gelatine has dissolved and there are no lumps. Do not overheat.
- Pour the gelatine mixture into molds (Kmart has inexpensive options great for kids) or into a baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. When set remove them from the moulds or slice into pieces.
*Ginger juice is available at a number of whole food stores and supermarkets alternatively you can make it yourself.
